Jillian Noel Shennessy was born on 25th November, 1968, in Canada is a Canadian actor and singer who was recognized for her significant contribution in American television. She's best known for her incredible performances on the American TV shows like Law & Order (where she was awe-inspiring to viewers for three seasons as prosecutor Claire Kincaid) and Crossing Jordan (where she played the protagonist Jordan Cavanaugh). Hennessy has also showcased her talent in movies like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted, Chutney Popcorn, and The Acting Class. She also created and directed these movies. Hennessy began her acting career as an actor in Dead Ringers with her sister. The actress sat for a few minutes on Broadway in the musical Buddy The Buddy Holly Story. The Buddy Holly Story, and then delved into the world of science fiction in 1993 in the role of Dr. Marie Lazarus. The following year she made her most famous break when she joined NBC's hit drama Law & Order to play District Attorney Assistant Claire Kincaid.
